Resumen
Fernando Tenorio Tagle* Sobre mi querido colega y amigo, el Doctor Serafín Ortiz Ortiz: Conocí al Dr. Serafín Ortiz Ortiz en el año de 1992 en la Universidad Autónoma de Tlaxcala en los cursos de posgrado en derecho, los que actualmente se desarrollan en el Centro de Investigaciones Jurídico-Políticas y Estudios de Posgrado (CIJUREP). Y aún más, al paso del tiempo alcanza la Rectoría de nuestra casa de estudios y en su administración vendrían a converger colegas europeos y latinoamericanos de altísimo prestigio intelectual como han sido los casos de Raúl Zaffaroni, Luigi Ferrajoli y Tamar Pitch, entre muchos * Profesor-investigador de la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Unidad Azcapotz2a3lc o, y profesor invitado en la Univ ersidad Au7t ónoma de Tlaxcala. Aunado a lo anterior, y debido a su entereza con la que enfrenta la vida a pesar de las vicisitudes que lo han aquejado, me permito escribir las líneas que siguen en su honor a fin de que, en breve tiempo, continuemos nuestras agradables conversaciones que dan sentido a la vida cotidiana, esto es, a la condición humana. Abstract
Fernando Tenorio Ttle * About my dear colleague and friend, Dr. Serafín Ortiz Ortiz: I met Dr. Serafín Ortiz Ortiz in 1992 at the Universidad Autónoma de Tlaxcala at graduate law courses currently held at the Center for Legal Research and Postgraduate Policies and Studies (CIJURP). And even more, as time goes by, we have reached the rectory of our study house and in his administration we have come to converge European and Latin American colleagues with high intellectual prestige as have been the cases of Raúl Zaffaroni, Luigi Ferrajoli and Tamar Pitch, among many * Professor-researcher at the Metropolitan Autonomous University, Unit Azapotz2a3lc or, and guest teacher at the Univ eredad Au7t onoma of Tlaxcala. I have been united with this and because of his willingness to face his life despite his challenges, I have been allowed to write the lines that have followed his honor so that we will soon continue our pleasant talks that give meaning to daily life, that is, to the human condition.
