Resumen
Los principios de seguridad y previsión social forman parte de los preceptos constitucionales que hacen posible que los grupos que enfrentan escenarios poco favorables en el plano económico, jurídico y social, vean satisfechas sus necesidades básicas en el contexto de su desarrollo cotidiano. Empero, no puede soslayarse la importancia de que las normativas que custodian ese presupuesto, deban armonizarse a efecto de no perder el sentido de los fines del Estado en la vigencia del bienestar de su población, como ocurre con esos principios, que son objeto de estudio de este documento. Abstract
The principles of security and social care are part of the constitutional precepts that make it possible for groups that face bad economic, legal and social scenarios to have their basic needs met in the context of their daily development. The importance that the regulations that preserve that budget should be harmonized, however, cannot be overlooked so as to avoid losing the meaning of the aims of the State with respect to the well-being of its population, as with these principles, which are currently under consideration by this document.
