La actuación constitucional de la policía en México

Resumen
Hablar de la policía en México, es hablar de muchos temas concurrentes y el abanico de posibilidades se abre de tal manera que hoy día no se agotaría tan fácilmente como algunos otros temas penales. Sin embargo, con estas líneas se pretende tener una idea clara de cuál es su función, como se encuentra dividida y como se estudia en México la función policial. Así, que por principio debemos mencionar que a la luz del Sistema Penal y Procesal Penal desde la reforma de 2008 y de la entrada en vigencia de 2016 y también de su código adjetivo nacional, se hacen algunas acotaciones, precisiones y se establecen de manera clara la actuación de la policía. Y es en estas breves líneas que pretendemos caracterizar y establecer las diferencias entre las diversas concepciones que se tienen y sus funciones tanto administrativas como de investigación a la luz de la Constitucionalidad. Abstract
To talk about police in Mexico is to talk about many competing issues and the range of possibilities will be opened up so that today will not be as easy as some other penal issues. Nevertheless, these lines purport to have a clear idea of their role, how they are divided and how they study police function in Mexico. Thus, as a matter of principle, we have to mention that in light of the Penal and Criminal Procedure System since the 2008 reform and the entry into force of 2016 and also its national adjective code, some statements and details are made and police actions are clearly established. It is in these brief lines that we aim to characterize and establish the differences between the different concepts and their both administrative and research functions in light of the Constitutional.
