El presente artículo trata sobre la función del juicio reflexionante de Immanuel Kant en cuanto a los juicios jurídicos a través del razonamiento de los juzgadores sobre un conflicto a través de diversos precedentes que pueden suscitarse en su aplicación a casos que ocurren en la experiencia. Summary: This article deals with the function of Immanuel Kant's reflective judgment in respect of legal trials through the reasoning of the judges on a conflict through various precedents that may arise in its application to cases that occur in experience. The present article deals with the role of Immanuel Kant's reflecting trial with respect to legal proceedings through the reasoning of the judges about a conflict through several precedents that may arise from its application to cases that occur in the experience.
