Resumen
La inclusión de la inteligencia artificial en la vida de los seres humanos ha planteado novedosos cuestionamientos sobre si es posible reconocerle como autor o inventor y por ende sujeto de derechos y obligaciones pues, aunque parezca un cuestionamiento de ciencia ficción, esta problemática ha obligado a autoridades en la materia a emitir resoluciones al respecto. En este artículo abordamos diversos elementos que han servido de sustento para decidir sobre otorgamiento de registros de obras y títulos de patentes, en los cuales la inteligencia artificial ha jugado un papel preponderantemente dominante. De igual manera, abordamos elementos que abren el debate para que a la inteligencia artificial se le reconozcan derechos y obligaciones, pues la IA cambiará la realidad del ser humano como especie. Abstract
The inclusion of artificial intelligence in human lives has put up new challenges as to whether it's possible to recognize him as an author or an inventor and thus a subject of rights and obligations as, while it looks as though a matter of science fiction, this issue has forced authorities to issue decisions about them. In this article we have been addressing a number of elements that have been useful to decide about the production of works and patent titles, with artificial intelligence playing a leading role. Similarly, we address elements that open up the debate so that artificial intelligence can be recognized as rights and obligations, as the IA will change human reality as a species.
