Resumen
El presente artículo tiene por objetivo hacer un análisis de la importancia que las personas le dan al tema de los refugiados, sus problemáticas, consecuencias y soluciones. Para ello, en un primer momento expondré en qué consiste ser o pertenecer a un grupo vulnerable de refugiados, además de hacer mención acerca de los principales factores sociológicos que son las causales del desplazamiento de los individuos fuera de sus países. De igual forma abordaré la regulación de los derechos de los refugiados en México y en el Estado de Tlaxcala, incluyendo los apoyos que brindan, determinando si realmente son aplicables en la práctica. Así mismo expondré qué cambios son necesarios aplicar a la sociedad, en materia nacional e internacional, agregando propuestas para la disminución de personas que buscan asilo fuera de sus países. Abstract
The aim of this article is to conduct an analysis of how important people are to the issue of refugees and their problems, consequences and solutions. To that end, at first I will explain what it means to be or belong to a vulnerable group of refugees and to make reference to the main sociological factors that are the cause of the displacement of individuals outside their countries. I will also address the regulation of refugee rights in Mexico and the State of Tlaxcala, including their support, determining whether they are actually applicable in practice. I will also explain what changes are necessary to apply to society at national and international level by adding proposals for the decline of asylum seekers outside their countries.
