Resumen
En los procesos constitucionales de 1810 y 1824 se cuenta con un personaje destacado: José Miguel Guridi y Alcocer. Este diputado tuvo grandes intervenciones en las Cortes españolas en Cádiz y, más de 10 años después, fungió en el mismo papel en el Segundo Congreso Constituyente de México. El presente escrito busca rescatar algunas de las intervenciones de Guridi y Alcocer en ambos congresos, destacando sus ideas y posturas políticas. Summary: In the constitutional processes of 1810 and 1824 there is a prominent character: José Miguel Guridi y Alcocer. This deputy had great interventions in the Spanish Cortes in Cádiz and, more than 10 years later, he served in the same role in the Second Constituent Congress of Mexico. This paper seeks to rescue some of the interventions of Guridi y Alcocer in both congresses, highlighting his ideas and political positions.

Abstract
The constitutional processes of 1810 and 1824 have an outstanding figure: José Miguel Guridi and Alcocer. That deputy had a great deal of intervention at the Spanish Cortes in Cadiz and, more than 10 years later, his role was the same at the second Constituent Congress of Mexico. The paper aims to rescue some of Guridi and Alcoer's interventions at both congresses, highlighting his ideas and his political postures.
