Resumen
La presente reflexión se deriva una conferencia que impartí al profesorado del Instituto de Humanidades de la Universidad Panamericana donde cavilé acerca de la vigencia actual de los derechos humanos dentro del panorama político internacional. ¿Han alcanzado su fecha de expiración? ¿Siguen siendo realidades iusfilosóficas válidas para comprender los desafíos políticos del mundo de la psicopolítica? El objetivo de este trabajo es defender su estatuto de verdad a través de un análisis semántico, lógico, ético y jurídico, impulsado –además– por un reconocimiento general de la ciudadanía que reafirma su validez. Para ello, explico tres realidades que han corroído su implementación –no limitantes, pero sí originarias–. Hacia el final del texto propongo la introducción del concepto de «desobediencia civil» como una vía de acción ciudadana de defensa de la soberanía de los derechos humanos. Abstract
That reflection resulted from a conference that I gave to the faculty of the Institute of Humanities at the Pan American University where I cavilé about the current existence of human rights within the international political landscape. Have they reached their expiry date? Do they remain valid iusphilosophical realities to understand the political challenges of the world of psychopolitics? The aim of this work is to uphold his true status through a semantic, logical, ethical and legal analysis, and with a general recognition of his or her citizenship that reaffirms his or her validity. To do so, I explain three realities that have purified their implementation - but have been limited but original. Towards the end of the text I propose the introduction of the concept of "civil disobedience" as a means of citizen action to uphold human rights sovereignty.
