Resumen
De lo anterior, el primer capítulo se basa en los decretos recopilados en la Colección de leyes, decretos, circulares y demás disposiciones dictadas por el Congreso y el Gobierno del Estado; el segundo se centra en datos del portal de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación y el tercero, y último, combina datos de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación con los del portal del H. Congreso del Estado Libre y Soberano de Oaxaca, pero esto no resta utilidad para el entendimiento de los momentos y reformas a la constitución que hoy rige a las y los oaxaqueños. La Constitución de 1857, por su parte, reconoció un amplio catálogo de derechos, al igual que lo hacía la Constitución Federal de ese mismo año, y ensayó el derecho de amparo para tutelarlos en el ámbito del poder judicial; suprimió el Senado y el Consejo de Gobierno, creó la Comisión Permanente; no declaró como religión oficial a la religión católica, impuso una reforma jurídica, política, económica y social, que tocó la estructura de la organización pública y gubernamental. Abstract
The first chapter relies on the decrees compiled in the collection of laws, decrees, circulars and other provisions dictated by Congress and the Government of the State. The second chapter focuses on data from the portal of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and the third and final, combines data from the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation with those from the portal of the H. Congress of the Free and Sovereign State of Oaxaca, but this does not give up usefulness to the understanding of moments and reforms to the constitution that currently governs the Wetlands. The Constitution of 1857, for its part, recognized an extensive catalogue of rights, as did the Federal Constitution of that same year, and tested the right to amparo with a view to protecting them in the area of the judiciary. It put an end to the Senate and the Governing Council and established the Standing Commission. It did not declare the Catholic religion as an official religion, and put into place a legal, political, economic and social reform, which touched on the structure of public and governmental organization. From revolution to democratic transition, alternations and transformation, "the complainant briefly describes reforms that have been incorporated.
